The Kit Contains:

• Left and right pockets, containing the shaped foam pads.
• Adjustable buckled strap, for fitting around the seat side supports.
• 4 x 10mm removable foam shims. Add or remove, for just the right amount of support. 
• Self-adhesive Velcro strips. These keep the pads firm, while making attaching and removing easy.
