This 2012 Coast to Coast First Aid Med Kit contains everything on the required list and comes contained within a zip lock bag to keep it light weight and waterproof.

1.5 m long (unstretched) roll of 5cm wide crepe bandage
5m long roll of 2cm wide strapping tape
10 band-aid strips

These kits weigh 210 grams +/- ~10grams

This kit meets the requirements for both the kayak and mountain run legs of the 2012 Coast to Coast. If you are competing in the 1 day event you will need two of these kits - one for each leg - as your kayak will be scrutineered prior to your completion of the mountain run
