This is the package you need to get out exploring your local area. Put together by our sea kayaking instructor Dave it is designed to be used on the sea around Lyttelton, Pegasus Bay, Abel Tasman and sheltered Fjords.
- Necky Looksha 14 - Sporty, sleek lines combined with a large roomy cockpit make the Looksha 14 perfect for touring and coastal exploring. Excellent tracking and glide, excellent primary and secondary stability.
- - very well specified entry level buoyancy aid, with a front pocket to keep the essentials in.
- Carlisle Simply Magic Paddle - aluminium shaft with plastic blades. The blade is a good shape for sea kayaking.
- Day Two Neoprene Deck - a full neoprene deck to keep you dry if the waves pick up and to allow you to paddle all year round.
- Sea Kayak Bilge Pump with Float - just in case you ever need to empty your kayak at sea. Also really handy if you leave the kayak on top of your car in a rainstorm.
- 6 Litre vinyl dry bag - make sure your sandwiches, camera and car keys stay nice and dry for the trip.
