The NRS Rio splash top is manufactured from durable urethane-coated 210-denier nylon oxford and is generously cut to allow easy layering underneath for extra warmth. It features factory-taped seams and adjustable neoprene neck and wrist closures help keep water out and comfort up. The shock-cord waist fastens with a barrel-lock.
