I started my outdoor training at Tai Poutini Polytechnic, every weekend consisted of a trip to the nearest beach or river to practice my new found swimming skills... In honor of my rescuers I have dedicated my life to getting everyone into kayaking. I love the outdoors and New Zealand is just one huge playgound, I'll never discover all of it but its worth a try!
